I've been a customer since the early 1980's which speaks volumes as to how I feel about IMA. If I wasn't 100% satisfied, and didn't get complete satisfaction with my policies and any needed info or assistance, would I still be a customer? Enough said!!! You can't go wrong.

Best insurance brokerage. I have worked with a number of representatives at IMA over the last 40 years. All have been exceptional professionals providing outstanding service Michelle Paul is the best. She supports our insurance needs and keeps us informed and up to date as needed. IMA is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is outstanding. They should teach a class to the rest of the business community. We've been clients for 47 years (in 2025). We have always been extremely happy with IMA. Recently our agent found us a better deal from a different insurance company, that move saved us 50% per year. I would not have done the research that lead to this incredible savings, IMA did. They are working for me even when I haven't asked.

Laurie Dubay of Insurance Marketing Agencies did a wonderful job working to meet our needs for insurance, negotiating with the insurance company for the appropriate coverage levels, responding in a timely manner, with responses that met our needs.
